MEET SONIA

Meet Sonia

Helping people find clarity when

the next step isn't obvious.

Football has always been a huge part of my life.

Over the years, I’ve seen how rewarding the game can be, but also the pressures and uncertainty it can bring, not only for players, but for former players and the families

beside them.

Behind every career is a person managing life, relationships and difficult decisions.

Like many people, my own journey hasn't always been straightforward.

I’ve experienced career-changing injuries that stopped me doing the job I loved as a personal trainer.

I’ve faced relationship breakdowns, relocated during different chapters of my life, made difficult decisions about my future and rebuilt my confidence after challenging experiences online.

Those experiences don’t mean I know exactly what you’re going through.

They do mean I understand how it feels when life changes unexpectedly, confidence is shaken and the next step isn’t obvious.

They taught me the value of having someone who listens without judgement, gives you room to think and helps you move forward without telling you what to do.

That's why I became a Clarity Coach.

Today, I specialise in supporting footballers, former players and their families through injury, uncertainty, relationships,

family pressures, retirement and working out what comes next.

As someone independent of the immediate situation, I offer a confidential space focused entirely on you, helping you think clearly and make decisions that feel right for your life.

My Background

Before moving into coaching, I spent many years working in

corporate support and later moved into health and wellbeing.

Those roles taught me the importance of discretion, organisation, trust and meeting people where they are.

I founded Pace Fitness and later co-founded Trinity Wellness Hub, supporting people one-to-one through personal training, lifestyle change and periods when their confidence had taken a knock.

My work has been featured in The Kent Review, and I co-host the Growth and Wellness Show on Radio Folkestone, where we have honest conversations about health, wellbeing and everyday life.

Today, I bring together those experiences, my professional coaching training and my passion for football to support footballers, former players and their families through periods of change and uncertainty.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need before getting in touch.
